Salary: £30,161 - £31,807 per annum plus excellent benefits

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week (minimum two days in the office)

We’re looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Property and Commercial Law Team, providing high-quality and comprehensive support across whg’s property portfolio.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer focused environment, where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting our lawyers, liaising with customers and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all property related documentation and processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
Main job responsibilities:
- Processing Preserved Right to Buy (PRTB), Right to Acquire (RTA) and Voluntary Right to Buy (VRTB) applications, ensuring statutory deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.
- Preparing FME1/LPE1 Management Information Packs, issuing invoices, and handling associated customer queries.
- Maintaining and updating property data across our management information systems.
- Supporting the preparation of Certificates of Compliance, reports, and purchase orders.
- Managing files within our ALB case management system, ensuring all correspondence and records are accurately maintained.
- Downloading title documents and submitting registrations via the Land Registry Portal under supervision.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to property related enquiries from internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the wider Legal Team with administrative duties such as post, reporting, and data maintenance.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience working in a similar administrator role with excellent organisational and administrative skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages.
- Previous experience of working within a legal team desirable but not essential.
- The ability to work flexibly and prioritise work to meet a range of deadlines.
- The ability to work in a team environment and be supportive of others.
- Good communication and analytical skills and the ability to produce detailed data reports
- The ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively to support a high-volume admin to the team with minimum supervision
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently with confidence
- Experience of recording information ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude and the confidence to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
